Safety Cables
A safety cable is provided with every luminaire and repeater. There are two different safety cables
available: the Series 200 cable and Series 300 cable. The cable is attached to the handle of Series 200
luminaires or the pan tube of Series 300 luminaires, looped around the truss or pipe, then re-attached to
the equipment. As little slack as possible should be left.
WARNING: Safety cables should always be used when hanging luminaires.
